Today is “Medal of Honor” Day, a day designated by Congress in 1991 to recognize “members of the armed forces who have distinguished themselves conspicuously by gallantry and intrepidity at the risk of their lives and above and beyond the call of duty.” northAmerican Van Lines, the official moving partner of the Gary Sinise Foundation, would like to recognize all those that have given and continue to give so much for our freedoms. We salute all Medal of Honor recipients, as well as all our military service men and women, active and retired, and our honored to be able to serve our combat veterans in support of the Gary Sinise Foundation.
