This certification for women-owned businesses is one of the most widely recognized, most respected certifications in the nation, is accepted by over 700 major corporations across the nation, and accepted by a multitude of federal agencies. Certification is renewed annually which ensures that all "Standards and Procedures are met and followed on a consistent, continual basis" as set forth by the WBENC.

Elise Benedict, was hired by University Moving & Storage as a bookkeeper in 1978. Over the next several years she held numerous positions, including senior account manager and chief financial officer. Then in 1986 she purchased the Company and became its acting CEO. Benedict is at the forefront all quality initiatives and her leadership skills have been recognized by numerous entities, including being ranked in the Top 20 Woman Owned Business by Crain's Detroit Business and Top 500 Woman Owned Business nationwide by Working Woman Magazine.

| William Gray began his career with University Moving & Storage in 1989 in commercial sales. Before becoming a Partner and President in 1995, Gray held various positions at the Company including, sales manager, vice president of sales, and vice president of operations. Gray directly oversees for the entire Company, all operational aspects, financial decisions, and direction of sales team. He also serves as a highly active member on various committees for northAmerican van lines. |

Mark Bruns started with University Moving & Storage in 1992 as general manager of the Cincinnati location. Bruns previous background includes positions as sales manager and general manager within the relocation industry. Bruns is directly involved in corporate management and material decisions that regard operations, quality, and account management Company wide. |
